My massage is largely inspired by the Californian method, a technique for physical and mental relaxation. It leads to overall relaxation of the body by working on the muscles, tendons, and joints. It improves blood and lymphatic circulation, thus optimizing the body's elimination functions. It promotes emotional relaxation. It reduces stress and anxiety by allowing you to let go. It also incorporates elements of Swedish massage (deeper pressure to better relax the muscles) and Hawaiian massage (using the forearms for a different sensation than massage with the palm of the hand).
